Watching and Visualizing The Dream Home

Last night I was watching House Hunters, it was already 11:00pm and I was ready for sleep ... then ... HGTV aired an the 2011 HGTV Dream Home episode!!

What a coincidence!

The house is beautiful! I really can visualize it as a vacation home for the winter. Or just HOME in general.

Everyone worked on it really hard.

So far, KAISER does not have anything in stock that I'm interested in. So much for using my 20% coverage on the frames & lenses.

SEARS OPTICAL had nothing I was intersted in.

Only LENSCRAFTERS had something I liked.

Just saw a rerun of Modern Family tonight. On this episode, Gloria can't find her keys and Jay tells her it should be hanging on their key holder .. shaped like a key. How I love it!!

Another Karmann Ghia Sighting!

I was waiting for the bus at Downtown Burbank and I saw it!

Someone in Burbank was driving a Gold/Yellow Karmann Ghia ... its a sign ... I shall have one soon!!

Karmann Ghia Sighting

There's a light blue VW Karmann Ghia parked one block from work. I think The Universe knew that it would make my day!! Imagine, walking to the library and seeing that car parked close by.

It's a sign. I thought of the car. The car appeared.

Times like this I wish I had camera (or had a cell phone with camera) with me.

I Want Real Estate

The Tudor House has been OFF THE MARKET for ahwile. I still walk around the neighborhood from time to time. There is a particular house in the same block that I thought was somewhat charming.

That house is FOR SALE now!!

Could this be a sign. The reason why I couldn't "get" the other houses. This house is basically a couple of houses down from the Tudor. I feel my heart smiling at the possibility.

Train Ride To Buena Park

Since tomorrow is a day off for me, I decided to take the Metrolink from Union Station to Buena Park.

I'm always paranoid that I'll take the wrong train. Today, about 10 minutes before the train was to leave, the conductor announed that we will leave in 10 minutes and started to list the destinations.

About three people realized they were on the wrong train.

I had placed my bag on the chair next to me and saw people passing by looking for seats. Since it might be a full train, I decided to move my bag and place it on the ground.

I should have done that earlier!!

Some weird guy asked me if he could sit next to me. I said yes. He apologized that he strongly smelled of cigarettes. I said it was alright. When the train started to move, I started to text my brother that I was on my way. Weird guy told me that he had lost his cell phone and asked if he could borrow mine. I said it was prepaid and was only for texting. Then he asked the person on another row if he can borrow his. That person made him borrow his cell phone...which was a bad decision:

1. His phone conversation lasted almost 10 minutes
2. He told the person he was talking to that the sheriff had his phone
3. He didn't know where he was staying for the night

Anyways, weird guy gave back the cell phone. Then started to talk to me. I just kept smiling, giving short answers. He then tells me that he'll just find another seat (YAY) since he was a "talker"!!

He asked the Cell guy if he could borrow his phone again. Cell guy asked him if he'll make it a short conversation. Weird guy decided he didn't need the cell phone anymore.

Then he walked away.

First Sunday

Yay!!

I made it to mass toady!! I know I should go to church more often, but since I've had Sundays off, its the only day that I could actually sleep in. But that's no excuse. There is multiple mass times throughout the day, so I knew I could go to one that wasn't that early or too late!

I felt at peace. I can do this every Sunday.
