BACK ON COFFEE

i'm weak.

i had to have a cup of coffee today.

anyways, i've decided, i could still try to be "healthier" ~ so maybe the one cup of coffee i have everymorning will OK ~ since coffee can actually be good for you in moderation.

ANYWAYS I COULD HAVE DAILY:
cup of coffee for breakfast ~
cup of green tea with lunch ~
glass of milk with snacks ~
glass of cranberry juice with dinner ~
8 glasses of water throughout the day ~
cup of hot chocolate before bedtime ~

if only i could include a glass of red wine also ~ but i don't think its wise for me to have a bottle open if it's not for group dining.
