Going The Distance



I finally got the DVD in the library!!

Sadly ... after watching the movie ... I'm really bummed that I DID NOT LIKE IT AT ALL.

The writing was bad .... there was soo much F-bombs ... i wanted to try watching it again and mute the F-bomb moments ... but I don't think it would have matter .. I didn't like any of the characters.

I'm really glad I didn't pay to see this.

Had to watch this movie TWICE. First time I fell asleep "close to" half way. The second time I couldnt believe I still decided to watch it.

I have no idea what this movie was about!! I still dont!! I don't even know how to describe what the story is about because I DONT KNOW WHAT THE STORY WAS ABOUT !!

Must See DVD

It's been awhile since I've had time to go to the theatre and watch a movie. I think it's easier for me to just go to the library and pick a DVD and watch it.

Bookstore



I still want to own a bookstore.

I think that's why I love watching Notting Hill & You've Got Mail.

It saddens me that bookstores are closing. Borders have closed! Some Barnes & Noble locations are closing! Some independent bookstores are closing as well.

I really don't understand why people would prefer e-books!!

Book Club



I've decided to really commit and join a book club and actually go to meetings!! The first book we will be reading is IN HER SHOES. I've kept passing on reading this book because the movie was "OK" to me.

But now ... just reading the book .... I actually think it's much better. Can't wait to finish reading, then maybe watch the DVD again.
