I AM GOING TO JOIN A GYM!!
SERIOUSLY!!
I've gotten lazy, and even with an
exercise ball, yoga ball, and balance
ball, i feel like i haven't had any
progress at all.
Must be because I half-ass the workouts.
Anyways...if I'm paying for a club, I
probably will try to make the most of it.
I've already looked at the schedule and
would probably benefit from classes like:
Yoga
Body Works Plus ABS
Step Sculpt
MAT Pilates
Step Plus ABS
Wish me luck!! I should start soon, maybe
the start of June.
