Multi Tasking

I finished disc two of the audio book today.

At the same time, I was able to do 100 squats & 90 donkey kicks.

I'm still stuck on Level 202 in Candy Crush .. and I'm still trying to figure out what this Dreamworld is all about ?!?!





BUT NOW ... i can still try to pass levels AND be able to have progress in book!!

Why did I wait this long to borrow audio books from the library!!

Squat Challenge


I want a nice booty !!

Starting today ... I will do this "30 Day Squat Challenge" ... 

50 squats done ... and I feel my legs aching :-(

LA FITNESS: TAKE 2

G & G --> you still have not "won" the bet!!

I'm still looking for other gyms in my "budget",
but now...I think I would still have to do my
"at home gym" (try not to laugh), and pay
attention to the workout videos ~

Since I will have to concentrate on reading
and writing, I might as well do my workouts
at home...since I don't have to worry about
commuting, etc.

The bet was ... I'd get fit in 90 days!!

LA FITNESS

I AM GOING TO JOIN A GYM!!

SERIOUSLY!!

I've gotten lazy, and even with an
exercise ball, yoga ball, and balance
ball, i feel like i haven't had any
progress at all.

Must be because I half-ass the workouts.

Anyways...if I'm paying for a club, I
probably will try to make the most of it.
I've already looked at the schedule and
would probably benefit from classes like:

Yoga
Body Works Plus ABS
Step Sculpt
MAT Pilates
Step Plus ABS

Wish me luck!! I should start soon, maybe
the start of June.

YOGA, PILATES, AND BALLS

My body is in pain.

For the past couple of days, I've been
working out --> pilates, yoga, etc.

I've been using my newly purchased Yoga
Block, Yoga Mat, Yoga Ball, and Yoga Socks!!

March Resolutions

Okay.

Must accomplish several goals.

I should have finished reading about
4 books during last month, but only
finished ONE!!

I read the book in a weeks time,
but got really lazy during the end
of the month.

I know I'm crazy to do some recreational
reading, when I'm suppose to be writing
and finishing the novel.

I was thinking of joing some kind of
workout class also. Yoga/Pilates ~
But I don't want too much money when
I already have DVDs. I just think with
a class setting, I'll be able to really
DO SOMETHING!
