Notting Hill House

Right now I'm 38 years and 4 months.

I've spent 10 years in Burbank.

I've spent 2 years in Boston.

I've spent 1 year in Fullerton.

I've spent 1 year in Union City.


I need to move.
Away From California.
Away From U.S.

I know it's been awhile since I've done a dream house search online ... for some reason ... I've always wanted to go to the U.K. ... specifically in Notting Hill (loved the movie).

For $6,409,120  this 4-bedroom house could be mine.

Missing Venice

It's been officially ONE MONTH since I started work .... and I miss vacation mode very much.

I Miss Venice.

I didn't win the Power Ball last night ... but "believe in something bigger" ... right?

I believe I will buy this property when I win the Power Ball on Saturday.

I believe this will be great for the house !!

The Bourne Legacy

I finally got to watch The Bourne Legacy.  It was an OK movie ... I did wish it was another Matt Damon movie ... but Jeremy Renner was a good lead.

I thought that filming in the Philippines was interesting.

Now ... for the most important item in this movie ... and the only thing that I could think of at this moment is the HOUSE.

The Oliver Bronson House.

Those absolutely beautiful stairs !!! I had to keep pausing the DVD just to look at those stairs!!

If someone asked me if I watched The Bourne Legacy ... I would respond that I LOVE THE
HOUSE THEY BURNED DOWN!

I want to have this IN MY HOUSE !

I'll have to change design and layout of the dream house.

Watching and Visualizing The Dream Home

Last night I was watching House Hunters, it was already 11:00pm and I was ready for sleep ... then ... HGTV aired an the 2011 HGTV Dream Home episode!!

What a coincidence!

The house is beautiful! I really can visualize it as a vacation home for the winter. Or just HOME in general.

Everyone worked on it really hard.

Just saw a rerun of Modern Family tonight. On this episode, Gloria can't find her keys and Jay tells her it should be hanging on their key holder .. shaped like a key. How I love it!!

I Want Real Estate

The Tudor House has been OFF THE MARKET for ahwile. I still walk around the neighborhood from time to time. There is a particular house in the same block that I thought was somewhat charming.

That house is FOR SALE now!!

Could this be a sign. The reason why I couldn't "get" the other houses. This house is basically a couple of houses down from the Tudor. I feel my heart smiling at the possibility.

STILL HOPING

I need money.

My co-workers and I always say that the only way
for us to "make" more money is to win the lottery.

I could work as many hours as I can, I can get
another job or two (if someone was hiring), but
the only way I'll ever be able to buy Real Estate,
is by winning the lottery.

It's another Mega Millions we are buying tickets
for.

$99 Million to be exact.

Dear Universe...The House is about $1 million.
And I'll probably need a VW Beetle too. If I
could have some extra cash too, because I'd want
to open up a book store.

WHEN IT HAPPENS

Tonight and tomorrow are lottery nights, and
I just realized that when I win, I'm going to
have a problem on where exactly to put the
money when it happens.

Most of the banks only secure up to $250,000 ~
what do i do when i open up as many accounts
possible ... I don't think I want to put more
than that in each of them.

Stuff the money under the mattresses??

I hear that there is an increase of sales
for Safes ~ maybe I could buy one of those.

I love movies that has a safe hidden behind
a picture frame or somewhere in the basement
or attic.

I wonder if they come in Pink.

Lakeview Terrace

A friend of mine let me borrow his Lakeview Terrace
DVD. I never wanted to watch it when it was in theatres,
so watching it for free was nice.

It was a really interesting story.

Samuel Jackson was just plain EVIL. I'm
glad he got what he got at the end of the
movie.

I had a feeling with "fat guy" first shows
up on screen, that ABEL and him were going
to work together. Poor guy ... got what was
coming to him.

It's one more month till my birthday, and since
you never give me WORLD PEACE, I decided on
something else that might be "easier" for you.

Yes. I'm asking you for the beloved "house" ~

I'm not asking much. Just a lottery payout.
Or maybe a publishing house making a very generous
offer on the manuscript.

Please Universe!! No one gets hurt. And maybe,
just maybe, a little bit closer to World Peace.

"Sold" VS "Off Market"

I'm determined to get "The House" !!

So I checked the S.B. website and it's still listed.
Which makes me happy... since if this was a sale, she
would have marked it as "SOLD" ~ this probably was
something recent as well (going OFF the market).

Then I checked the R.M. website and it's listed
as "Off Market" ~ she had homes listed as "SOLD"
or "OFF MARKET" ~ AND THIS WASN'T SOLD!!

This brings me to the conclusion that the same people
who are selling are STILL in that home ... MAYBE ...
but it gives me hope that I can walk up to their door
with a suitcase full of $1 million and offer to buy
their home ... thus giving those real estate agents
reason to put a SOLD sign on their website.
